These certifications mean that we have been trained in state and federal employment law as well as ethical search practices. In order to maintain our certifications, we must continuously take courses and attend seminars.  The benefit to you is that we can help keep you out of hot water with governmental regulatory entities as well as assure you that we know what what we are doing.
